Well if I won't be moving to the outskirts of Wilmington any time soon, I won't necessarily be moving to the suburbs of Washington either. So I can continue to enjoy the delights of Baghdad on the Hudson, or rather resume doing so when the economic picture improves. Mine.

I appear to have one foot left in the door. I changed the job title and shot the same letter back to the same (Beltway) foundation for a mid level position. They said I would hear back in ten days or so. So keep those prayer wheels turning!
