Hello, O'Debra Fans!

Swing on by MF Gallery for a screening of two O'Debbie short films as part of Arlene's Grocery Film Festival!

Saturday, 4/30 @ 9:00
MF Gallery
157 Rivington St

“Dead Toddler Sluts on the Move”, written by and starring Johanna Buccola and The O’Debra Twins and directed by A. R. Brooke Lynne is a chilling look into the reality of zombie babies who love to hump. When three toddlers electrocute themselves in an oversized socket and become sex-crazed zombies who immediately find themselves on top of the fashion food chain only to be shot down to the bottom again, can friendship save the day?

“Out on the Town”, starring The O’Debra Twins and directed by Jimi Pantalon is just plain old shameless showing off. Come catch a glimpse of Pregnant White Trash, Skeeter Nutley and Red, in their natural habitat, a barbeque. Watch and see The O’Debra Twins' aunts, The Bargain Hunters, Gail Murray and Doris Boyle as they roam the streets of Soho in search of a bargain. Get a peek at Anna Nicole Smith and her best friend, Big Mac as the poor, giant sandwich attempts to sober up the shameless Anna Nicole.

Plus look out for this crazy bonus! An episode of Reverend Jen's Electra Elf and Fluffer will play immediately after our films! It's gonna be so fun!

Love and Kittens,
The O'Debra Twins

How about the Love and kittens?

I did promise to catch their act some time -- one of the Twins is a local bartender, and a vampire fan from Seattle. Come to think of it, you might even know her.

We were all young once. And some of us want to go back. But that young? Arlene's Grocery Film Festival will have to wait till next year, when I am a little stronger. Or a lot younger.

well, yeah, there's youth. but when i was that young, i was so *naive*. Harvard Lampoon was publishing its Vietnamese Baby Book, but i couldn't read it. wait, maybe it's just me...

You know what? I am one of the stars of that film, and you have made an extremely distasteful judgment about who I am. Nobody has to like anyone's art, however, the minute your morals or opinions are extended to the artist herself, you are only blaming the (most likely a poor, out of work) artist for your own threatened identity. Perhaps it would be more beneficial to try and have an understanding about where people are coming from, rather than dismiss them.
