"Be advised that tomorrow, Thursday April 22nd, the ocean liner Queen Mary II will arrive into New York harbor and proceed up the Hudson River to dock. The ship will be accompanied by numerous helicopters (authorized film crews, news stations and NYPD copters). The arrival is slated for some time after 6:00am but is subject to change due to weather conditions and may in fact be several hours later. Once again, there will be a large contingency of helicopters at this event."

As opposed to a necessity of them, I guess.

Thanks for the heads up. A lot of them will be passing overhead and to be honest, it freaks me out. Some of them are 'parked' at Floyd Bennett Field, and they're always up and down Sheepshead Bay anyways -- at least now I know what it will be about.

I'll also charge my batteries. :D
