The only hypnosis link on that page right now is the one for Conversational Hypnosis in the author box, and that is one I am willing to vouch for the ethics of. (Squidoo may have posted others outside my control, but I trust their ethics.)
The Con. Hyp. link goes to a promotional page here: http://abyssus.cohypnosis.hop.clickbank.net/ . When I first saw it it looked like a lot of hype, but I started laughing when I realized that the psychiatrist described is Milton Erickson, who is a hero of mine, whose techniques are entirely benign.
Erickson learned mind control the hard way. He was a farm boy who wanted to be a doctor, which would require determination enough... then he caught polio. And his family didn't have the resources of FDR's. Just getting his body to work was a challenge. Then college, med school, internship, residency, and a Ph.D. on top of it all.
(Yes, people have used Ericksonian principles, as developed and popularized in NLP, for dubious purposes. Ledochowski is not one of them. I am not even willing to condemn NLP as a whole.)
