You're welcome. The author worked as a customs broker at 5 WTC, about a block closer than I was that day. He is also the NY correspondent for an Irish language paper in Belfast. By the way, Starover is not star rover, but Russian or Old Slavonic for Old Believer. Needless to say I know him from the Russian Catholic Church.
