Finished my fourth twelve hour night shift in a row this morning, handed in my time sheet for sixty hours, twenty of them overtime. Some of the young ladies on the project worked seven -- that's what, 84 hours, 44 of them time and a half, so they will be paid for, I guess, 106. With the night differential.
Ah, well. I didn't get picked for today, must teach tomorrow and Wednesday, but am working Thursday night. No schedule yet for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, but the project is winding down and it may be a one day week again.
My writing job is just about finished too, though I have a paragraph of stats to submit on the last college I profiled. My editor was asking if I am available to ghostwrite a book, and I said, sure, why not? Numbers in the range of fifty dollars a page, and a chance to put my ideas where they will be paid attention to, under a more prominent person's byline.
Need to get grades in for my last course if I want to be invited back to teach a third one.
