You probably saw the wonderful parody of the Alien vs. Predator ad with Bush and Kerry: Whoever wins, we lose.

Well, look on the other side: Whoever loses, we win!

In any case, the New York Athenaeum is sponsoring a rousing debate in Lolita's cellar the night after the election: Resolved, that monarchy is the best form of government! Or so I heard from the Affirmative side this afternoon -- it's not on the Jinx Magazine website yet.

And, for all you Austinites on my Friends list, there is the related Dionysium, which, by the way, seems to be looking for a genius, as which several of you seem to qualify.
